Dr. Steger is a Naturopathic Doctor, Nutritionist and Professional Trainer. He is the President/CEO of J.S Training Systems Inc. a Full service Health, Fitness and Martial Arts facility located in Mobile AL. Dr. Steger is also the President/Founder of Lifeguard Nutrition which produces the finest nutritional products found anywhere and Lifeguard Survival Gear. Dr. Steger is also a 19 x World Karate Champion and knows what it takes to be disciplined. He has been hunting whitetails for over 45 years and applies the same discipline to guiding and hunting whitetails as he does taking care of his own health and Winning World Titles. Born and raised in Mobile AL, he grew up hunting quail with his father who was an avid quail hunter with their trusted English Setter Bird Dogs. At the age of 12 he started hunting whitetails with his buddies. After he took his first buck, he knew this was something he really loved and wanted to pursue. Guiding people for Big Mature Whitetails for the past 35 years has been great and an amazing experience. Helping other peoples dreams come true is what it’s really all about and at the MTW Ranch, this is what we do. LTC (R) Allen Boone served 33 years in the US Army & Army National Guard. He served as a Field Artillery fire direction Officer in Iraq during Operation desert Storm & a Brigade S-3 / Director of Plans & operation in Operation Iraqi Freedom. He served in numerous command and key Division level staff positions that included Deputy Chief of Staff, Deputy Brigade commander and Deputy Garrison Commander. He was awarded two Bronze Star Medals, the Kentucky Distinguished Service Medal, Meritorious Service, Medal two Oak Leaf Clusters, Army Commendation Medal with Four Oak Leaf Clusters and Army Achievement Medal with Silver Oak Leaf Cluster. He is the Founder & CEO of STOM-C LLC. a US Founder& Global Ambassador for Success By Health, and the Veterans Services Director for The Adanta Group. He is in The Honorable Order of the Kentucky Colonel’s & St.Barbara. he has Master Degree from Liberty University in Management and Leadership. He is an avid and accomplished outdoorsman hunting trophy whitetails and turkey for decades. He’s enjoyed working with Dr. Steger for the past 3 years with his guiding and filming experience for MTW TV. He is also a member of KY/IN Safari Club International and helps coordinate an annual Warrior Adventure Deer Hunt. I look forward to serving you at the ranch. God Bless !

It is a privilege to be a part of the MTW Team. I am retired from GE Company and now have been in full time ministry for over 21 years. I have been blessed to be married to my wife Paula for 44 years. We have 1 daughter and 4 grandchildren, ranging in age 10-18 years of age. I am a avid outdoorsman…. hunting and fishing has always been a passion for me. I have raised, trained and hunted over a variety of bird dogs throughout my 65 years and have even been known to follow a few beagle and coon hounds in that span of time as well. I have also been a bow hunter since I was 15 years old. During that span of time I have made that transition of hunting with recurve bows to compound bows and now back to traditional equipment once again. All that said, next to spending time with my grandchildren, one of the greatest joys in my life is helping with and sharing in the outdoor experiences of others. It is an honor to be able to serve you, and I promise to do everything in my power to make sure that your experience here at the MTW Ranch is top notch from start to finish !
